In line with current legislation (the consumer rights act 2015) refunds and exchanges will only be given in relation to items purchased in this shop if they are faulty. No refunds or exchanges will be given on patterns or books

Patterns and books will not be refunded nor exchanged. All other items can be returned at your cost and within 28 days of purchase only then and if returned in original state will original postage be refunded. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you decide you would like to return your goods.
